Casa Xochitl is a favorite vacation home for couples, families, and groups of friends who love small town Mexico. It is a traditional hacienda style home with lots of shaded, lounge-worthy spaces in both the front garden and backyard pool areas. Located two blocks from many of San Pancho's best restaurants and taco stands and three blocks from the beach, Casa Xochitl is both removed from and yet totally accessible to San Pancho’s culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities.

Casa Xochitl is a spacious three bedroom home with comfortable sleeping capacity for six to eight. The back garden is centered around a large 4’ pool, perfect for your swimmers . The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all you need to cook. There is a gas grill in the outdoor kitchen adjacent to a covered outdoor dining area. There is patio seating in the front and back gardens, and more comfortable eating, reading, and lounge spots in the downstairs in the main house and upstairs in the landing near the master bedroom. There is AC and fans in every bedroom, and mosquito netting on all windows.

We will be back!

The house itself is incredibly well designed and decorated. There are many thoughtful touches throughout, and my wife took pictures for inspiration for us. The kitchen is well equipped with great appliances, and there are many places to lounge/hang/relax throughout the property. The set back of the house is good because it is a buffer between you and the street and allows for privacy. Everything is comfortable and it feels like a home, not a rental. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive, as were the people who help take care of the house.

I doubt there is a nicer house in San Pancho!

To have the opportunity to stay there for a week was a real treat. On many occasions we returned to the house to find people outside taking photos of the beautiful garden. The pool is huge and gets plenty of sun so it's a perfect temperature to cool down in after a long day on the beach. The house is spotlessly clean, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would not hesitate to return.

The house is beautiful. Stylishly furnished, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want. The pool is large and a great place to spend time. Wonderful for kids too. The location of the home is outstanding - it's right in town and close to everything, but set apart enough to be tranquil and calm. Beautifully landscaped property with lovely flowers and gardens. San Pancho is a delightful place to spend time as well. Much to do both in town and in the area.
